DOUG HANES

Doug Hanes has been a leader in the film and video production industry for over 30 years. His expertise and direct involvement in writing, directing, shooting and editing guarantees the continuity and consistency critical to each film or video project. In addition, his broad knowledge of strategic marketing, analytical abilities and diverse media background makes Doug Hanes a qualified Executive Producer for the Company.
After graduating from the University of Iowa, Mr. Hanes formed Transtar Productions, Inc. in 1982. Since that time, he has worked to achieve the highest level of perfection for every film and video production. Clients return to Transtar Productions because Mr. Hanes exceeds their expectations in terms of presentation quality, creativity and results.
Mr. Hanes’ extensive experience in all aspects of advertising and marketing, along with every phase of the production process, have led some of the most successful and well-known corporations to Transtar Productions. Clients such as Space Imaging/GeoEye, Orange Glo International, Kaiser Permanente and Johns Manville are only a few of the companies who have experienced the successful results of Mr. Hanes’ unique talent for producing and directing.

GEORGE W. COLE

George Cole was co-founder of Companies West Group, Inc. a publicly-held green energy company. Over his career, Mr. Cole has started and operated many private limited partnerships as well as a publicly-held real estate limited partnership. He established a business consulting firm that advised small and start-up companies on a full range of business issues and has successfully took eighteen of these companies public.
In 2000, Mr. Cole restarted a business consulting firm that advises and consults with small, mid-size and start-up companies on a wide range of subjects, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions. The company uses professional, legal and accounting talents as well as securities brokers in the movement of companies to the public market. He also is a board member and majority shareholder of Herb Cole Real Estate, a 60-year real estate investment and development company.
BRET ROLLER
Producer / Host of Wilderness Experience
Bret Roller is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in natural resources management. His career in the outdoors started at CSU where he led backpacking trips for students. Mr. Roller then traveled and worked in Alaska for ten years, a time that changed his life and solidified his love for the outdoors. He served as first mate aboard a research vessel, guided ocean and river fishing trips, led sea kayak trips, provided visitors with interpretive information on Alaska’s flora and fauna, and worked on Alaska’s North Slope oil pipeline.
In addition to teaching others about the outdoors, Mr. Roller works as a natural resource consultant, providing forest management expertise and baseline documentation for conservation easement donations. He is a member of the National Rifle Association, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, the Colorado Forestry Association and is a board member of the Indian Hills Fire and Rescue Department. Mr. Roller currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Wildland Awareness and Educational Institute (WAEI).
SUSANNE ROLLER
Producer / Host of Wilderness Experience
Susanne Roller is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in wildlife biology and minors in fishery and conservation biology. She spent over ten years working for the Colorado Division of Wildlife with five years as a District Wildlife Manager. Ms. Roller’s experiences with the Division of Wildlife included wildlife law enforcement, designing and implementing management plans for wildlife and developing educational programs. In addition, she initiated the first youth big game hunting program on private lands within a six county area.
Ms. Roller has worked with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation as an Initiative Director and Lands Program Manager where she assisted landownersin donating conservation easements. Susanne belongs to numerous organizations including The Wildlife Society and International Hunter Education Association. Ms. Roller has been involved in conservation education and since 2006 has coordinated Colorado’s Becoming an Outdoors-Woman program. GORDON CLOSE

Gordon Close is founder of The Guitar Channel and Guitar TV. Mr. Close brings 25 years of retail experience in musical product sales, commercial sound system design and commercial audio installations through his company Elite Sound. Elite Sound offers retail sales of musical instruments, provides sound contracting services, maintains an audio equipment rental department, provides live event sound support and offers guitar and electronic repair services. Mr. Close has also recorded and performed as a professional guitarist for over 30 years, maintaining many contacts in the performing industry. Mr. Close graduated in 1962 with a degree in marketing and advertising from the University of Denver.
T.j EVANS
Producer / Host of Guitar TV
T.j Evans has toured the United States and Canada consistently since 1998 performing over 1000 concerts and clinics for his numerous endorsers and record label, Twisted Oak Records. T.j has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with artists that include Blackfoot, UFO, Joan Jett and Lita Ford, Ronnie Montrose, Freddie Salem, Brad Gillis, and Laurence Juber. He has also toured the United States with his own groups; Menagerie, Shyster, Famous Last Words, and T.j Evans and MeriTaje'.
T.j Evans is the Executive Producer and Host for The Player’s Corner, an interview/performance television series to be aired on Guitar TV featuring some of the best-known guitarists and acts in the world. MARK MILLER
Producer / Screenwriter
Mark Miller has performed in over 100 plays and television programs opposite such stars as Grace Kelly and Joanne Drew. He then moved into feature films as writer, producer and star of Ginger in the Morning with Sissy Spacek. He also produced the HBO children’s film The Story of a Cowboy Angel with friend Slim Pickens. Mark Miller’s next feature was Savannah Smiles, which he wrote, produced and starred in. This film became a classic family film and was voted the second best film of the decade behind E.T. The film was produced for only $2.2 million and has grossed over $30 million worldwide.
Mr. Miller then adapted an old Italian film classic and renamed it A Walk In The Clouds. The film, starring Keanu Reeves and Anthony Quinn, has grossed over $130 million worldwide. Mr. Miller has written and developed over 18 feature film screenplays that are now ready for production. His current film projects that will be co-produced with Transtar Entertainment Company include The Shepherd’s Song and The Gentle Fiesta.

Nick Connell has over twenty-five years of production experience in film, television, theatre and music. Mr. Connell has worked at Universal, Zoetrope, Frameline Productions, Filmworks, CBS, WGN, Highstar Productions, KSPN, Fox and Cablevision Productions. Mr. Connell has worked as Producer, Co-Producer, Associate Producer, Director, Assistant Director and Production Manager on the film and television projects Song of The Heartbeat, Harnessing the Sun, Monster Beach Party, Minds Alive, Nurturing the Tree of Life, That Memorable Season, Aspen Film Conference, One World Music Festival, Oliver, A Homeless Epic and Primordium.
